This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Buffalo Tours will provide specified Services (collectively referred to as “the Services”) to the Agent. The objective is to provide a basis and framework for the delivery of high quality services that meet the needs of the Agent and the Consumer.  The Consumer is the participant on the trip who has purchased the tour from the Agent.
