• Get away from the Lac, the main village and get into remoter areas.
• Unless you opt for staying at Mai Chau Lodge  pack a towel and expect non-western style toilets and shower facilities.
• Grab a bicycle and explore this area. You’ll get further and go local style. 
• Spend a few days here if you can, you won’t regret it!
