Enjoy an aerial view on one of world’s most spectacular temples. In this short helicopter ride around Cambodia’s Angkor Wat, you will take in the true size and splendour of this world-renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site. Even if you have already visited Angkor, this rare experience offers a fresh, birds-eye perspective!
Departing from Siem Reap International Airport, your 14 minute flight will take you to the World Heritage Site of Angkor. Your pilot will provide onboard commentary and point out places of interest so you won’t miss a thing.
Have your camera at the ready as you hover for a few moments near Angkor Wat for spectacular aerial views over. You will be able to see the entire temple which is about one square kilometre but despite that enormous size, the central temple complex will look small from your helicopter window.
The flight path also takes in Sras Srang, Pre Rup and over the Mebon Temple in the Eastern Baray. There are great views of Siem Reap and the Western Baray, the largest man made reservoir in Cambodia.
