6:00A.M- Pick up from hotel and drive to Hoan Kiem Lake, the heart of Hanoi. It is great spot to start a healthy day with the sun rising over the water. Locals concentrate around this lake in the early morning by involving themselves in Tai chi, aerobics and some light sports or simply by a stroll around the lake. We take a walk around the lake, there will be plenty of opportunity to capture the wonderful shots or perhaps even join in with the locals! We conclude our Hoan Kiem experience at a Café boasting marvelous views of the lake. Whilst enjoying the view and our traditional Vietnamese coffee, we prepare ourselves for a true Yoga experience.
7:30A.M- Drive to West Lake for an hour of healthy, relaxing Yoga. The class conducted by a professional yoga teacher. Breathing and relaxation techniques are combined together to re vitalize your body, mind and soul.
Note: The Yoga class is designed to suit everyone needs, one with or without prior experience, young or old, everyone can enjoy and get spiritually touched.
9:00A.M- Drive back to the hotel and enjoy well deserved breakfast.
