The day begins at 8:30 AM, when the Chef will greet you at your hotel and take you to a local wet market. Ben Thanh Market is centrally located and known as one of liveliest and busiest in Saigon. Here you will learn more about the ingredients, Vietnamese herbs and spices and start collecting vegetables for your lesson.
After the market visit, you will be transferred to the Cookery Center; where you will learn the secrets of Vietnamese cuisine. At 9:30 AM, you will start the cooking class. It is held in a traditional setting; and guests will be divided into small groups to enhance interaction.
At the completion of the lesson, you will sit down and enjoy the fruits of your efforts. Each day different menus are prepared, so why not take another journey into the world of Vietnamese cuisine tomorrow!
