Day 1: Hanoi - Sapa
Take the overnight train from Hanoi to Lao Cai near the Chinese border.
Day 2: Sapa
Transfer to Sapa. Spend the afternoon walking to nearby Cat Cat valley, visiting the H’mong villages. Later we drive the short distance to the vibrant Red Dao village of Ta Phin nestled in a picturesque valley. Overnight in Sapa town.
Day 3: Sapa
Today we descend into one of the most picturesque valleys in the region and arrive in the small village of Ta Van inhabited by the Zay minority. Overnight in a traditional homestay.
Day 4: Sapa
We continue our trek through the hills and valleys, passing through friendly ethnic villages along the way, greeted by big smiles. Later we meet up with our support vehicle and go back to Sapa before transferring to Lao Cai for our overnight train to Hanoi.
Day 5: Hanoi
Upon arrival at Hanoi Station you will be transferred back to your hotel.
