Aptly labelled "soft adventure", daily activities are based from rustic floating bamboo bungalows (no electricity) located in a corner of the massive Khao Sok National Park reservoir. The pace is easy and slow, to enable wildlife spotting, often astonishing here. You will also have the opportunity to see Hornbills, Gibbons, Gaur and among many others. Khao Sok is by far the best eco tour in Southern Thailand to view wildlife!

Day 1: Phuket to Surat Thani to Kho Sak National Park

Meet your guide then transfer by road to the dam at Khao Sok National Park reservoir. Board a motorboat to transfer to the bungalows. Enjoy dramatic scenery on the way; the tallest limestone karst formations in all of Thailand, and thick tropical jungle. Check-in, and setup for our first paddling excursion with some instruction for guests on basic paddling techniques.  You won’t have to go far to see wildlife and you are likely to see Hornbills, Gibbons, Dusky Langurs and Macaque monkeys.

Day 2: Paddling and Wildlife watching in Kho Sak

Head out early in the morning to do some bird watching and wildlife sighting. Gibbons make their weird and wonderful calls early in the morning and can be regarded as nature's alarm clock.
After a couple of hours on the water, breakfast will be served and then a chance for an optional nap. Further paddling instructions follow, relax or paddle mid-day. Afternoon watch Monkeys & Langurs frolicking in the jungle canopy, making fantastic fearless leaps from tree to tree, even as their babies cling to their bellies.

Day 3: Morning Paddle and Jungle Trekking

Again, rise early for an early morning of bird watching and wildlife sighting.  After breakfast, trek to a remote part of the national park. Trails meander through thick old-growth jungle, and massive limestone cliffs on either side cradle the valley.  Trekking is safe, easy and unforgettable.  In the afternoon, you'll do another nature paddle to a completely different part of the reservoir.

Day 4: Kho Sok – Phuket/Surat Thani

Today you will have he chance to have a lie in and after breakfast you can choose one of several different areas of the park to visit, with caving & swimming options.  Say our goodbyes, and depart at about mid-afternoon by motorboat for the dam, and then on to Phuket or Sura Thani airports or hotels.
