You will be met by the Local Guide/Chef and you will be taken to the Phosy Market. Here you will explore the goods on sale, and learn about the various traditional ingredients used in Laos cooking.
The cooking class itself is held in an exotic jungle garden setting outside of town, overlooking a small river. You will be talked through and shown how to cook all the dishes and then given the chance to cook them all yourself.
At the end of the lesson enjoy the dishes you personally prepared and relax in the beautiful scenic setting.
