Day 1: Kuala Lumpur
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur and make your way to your hotel by private vehicle. Spend the rest of the day settling into your hotel and exploring the bustling streets of downtown Kuala Lumpur. Hit the mega malls in Bukit Bintang district before heading back to your hotel for evening cocktails at the Petronas Twin Towers – located right next door. Enjoy five-star dining at 57, Kuala Lumpur’s highest rooftop bar, award-winning Italian restaurant and whiskey lounge, while savouring unparalleled views of the city.

Day 2: Kuala Lumpur
After breakfast, make your way by private vehicle to Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary located almost two hours from Kuala Lumpur. On the way, stop at a local settlement inhabited by Malaysia’s indigenous people, the Aborigines. Learn about their fascinating culture and ancient traditions before arriving at the elephant sanctuary in Pahang. Get up close with native Malaysian elephants and learn about efforts to care for these displaced gentle giants. Learn about the centre’s conservation program designed to boost alarmingly low numbers of Asian elephants in the region and their efforts to rehabilitate orphan elephants rescued from all over the Malaysian peninsula. Later, settle down for an elephant show and elephant feeding before an unforgettable experience of bathing the elephants down at the river.

Day 3: Cameron Highlands
In the morning, embark on a scenic journey up north to the hill resort region known as the Cameron Highlands. Drive through Tapah Town and make your way to the majestic Iskandar Waterfalls and the Orang Asli roadside stall. Break for lunch and grab a souvenir at the roadside shops before continuing on for a spectacular view of the Cameron Highlands, spanning the Rose Garden and organic vegetable farms.

Day 4: Cameron Highlands
In the morning, venture out for a romantic picnic on the hills of the Cameron Highlands. Relax in complete privacy and enjoy a tasty picnic lunch while enjoying the serene view of the surrounding hillside, known as the Malaysian Giant Green Carpet, from the gardens of a local tea plantation. Afterwards, make your way to Kok Lim Strawberry Farm, the centre of strawberry production in Malaysia, before heading to the Flower and Fruit Market and a local butterfly farm. Then, head over to Time Tunnel, Malaysia’s first memorabilia museum for a glimpse of the town’s history.

Day 5: Pangkor Island
Enjoy a hearty breakfast at your hotel before checking out and starting your winding descent down through Kampung Raja towards Simpang Pulai. Continue on to the Marina Island Jetty before embarking on a serene 20-minute ferry ride to your resort on Pangkor Laut. A privately owned island located just three miles off the west coast of Malaysia in the Straits of Malacca, this piece of paradise dates back two million years and is now home to some of the world’s best luxury resorts.
