DAY 1 - Ramen Cooking Class

Embark on a culinary journey and learn how to make a delicious bowl of the famous ramen from scratch. The Japanese culinary staple usually consists of wheat noodles in a flavourful meat or fish broth, served with sliced meat and a variety of other toppings, ranging from boiled eggs and spring onions to bamboo shoots and seaweed.

Under the guidance of a professional instructor, start kneading, rolling and cutting the dough into long, thin noodles. Next, season and fry chicken before creating a personal soup by blending different types of broths and sauces.

After boiling and draining the noodles, it’s time to assemble the different components – broth, noodles and chicken – and sprinkle with chilli or other condiments. With newly learned skills and a rumbling belly, dig into this comforting bowl of ramen.
